Earlier this week, Sony released a statement to Eurogamer that said all PlayStation VR games would support the PS4's DualShock 4 controller. However, the company has since reversed this statement and confirmed to The Verge that not all of the VR headset's games will support the controller.

"Nearly all PlayStation VR titles will support DualShock 4 controllers, and several games will deliver an enhanced experience that further immerses gamers with the use of peripherals such as Move or the recently announced Aim controller. There will be a limited number of titles that require Move controllers," the statement reads.

With Sony not requiring all PS VR games to support its DualShock 4, that leaves room for games like Job Simulator to only utilize the Move controllers--in fact, Job Simulator developer Owlchemy Labs told The Verge that the game requires two Move controllers.

Resident Evil 7 and Rigs: Mechanized Combat League are two of the games that definitely support the DualShock 4. Additionally, all PlayStation 4 games can be played in VR, though a lot of them aren't native to the technology. This means you'll be in a virtual space with a five-meter screen displaying a non-VR game--and you'll use a DualShock 4.

Sony offers PlayStation VR in two different packages. You can pick it up on its own for $400, though it does require the $60 PS4 Camera. If you want to get a pair of Move controllers, the PS4 camera, and the game PlayStation VR Worlds, then you can buy a $500 bundle that comes with everything you need.
