Suprisingly good and fun.

When I first heard that they were making an Alien Hominid console game I thought to myself, " What a stupid idea." But I was wrong. I rented it, and when I found how good this game was I decided to buy it. First of all this game is old-school, side scrolling/action/shooter/platforming game with some great gameplay mechanics, for example: two player co-op mode, minigames, and a level editor. The story won't be briging home any awards, but all the gameplay mechanics and variety in the gameplay with all their cool weapons make up for it. The game is a bit short though, so you'll probably get bored after you beat everything. Overall its a great game, almost superb but not quite.
