Always great show to watch. You should do one for the 360 cuz that one is really retiring (PS3 will still be produced when the PS4 comes out).

As for favourite games, well, I gotta say, I never really understood how great graphics where on this thing until I played the 2nd game, Dante's Inferno, because my first one was God Of War III. (I just thought all games would be graphically as good as GOWIII, when well, you know they ain't...)

Danny, you are awesome. EFMS is my favorite show to tune into. I bought a PS3 in 2009 and although a lot of the time it just collects dust, when a good first party game or exclusive comes out I fire it right back up again. I play Xbox 360 mainly but this year I am looking forward to a lot more PS3 games than Xbox games (The last of us, Beyond two souls).

Also thanks for the video today, I got food poisoning last night and have been in bed all day bored but this vid made my day.

My favorite moment was playing Pain with my kids the day I bought it. I don't think we have laughed that hard while playing a videogame since.

My PS3 did give me some excellent moments, and I had so much fun with it over the past 4 years or so. Since I don't plan on buying any new console in the next couple of years, I have a feeling she is yet to bring me tons of hours of entertainment. So thanks PlayStation 3, and thank you Sony for creating it.

I think the PlayStation 3 can only be seem as a failure for Sony's profits but a success in terms of the games. Without a doubt the PS3 has had the best first party and it's had every 3rd party game too, so you get the best of both worlds. While Sony's online gets slagged off, it's always worked fine for me, I would never pay for an Xbox Live subscription to play games I've already bought online or to watch stuff I've payed for like Netflix or Sky etc. On Sony's console that is all free and when I think about it what do you get for your money on the 360? They still charge you for everything, just seems like they're conning you out of money while having this restrictive updating process which doesn't seem to impact the PS3.

My biggest problem with this generation of consoles is the PC has just been better, It's been my choice of gaming since that F-117A Stealth Fighter game in like 1990 or something but I've always played consoles along side. However this generation I've moved away from consoles really and been a 100% PC gamer. Steam has really allowed this and PC gaming is much much cheaper because I'd own a PC anyways, like who doesn't? It costs me £500 every 4 years to build a gaming PC, which most people spend like £300 on a crappy Laptop every 4 years anyways. The games are much cheaper, I picked up so many games during the Christmas sale, ones that had just been released were on sale for like £15. People forget building a new PC doesn't mean throwing your last one away and starting again, reused the hdds or ssds, reused the dvd drives, reuse the case, the psu, the ram if you can... tbh I've had the same DVDRW since 2003 lol... they've not changed much. I end up buying a Mobo for £100 a CPU for £200 and a GPU for £200 and it's basically a whole new PC.

Mods and the ability to change graphical settings and all the social features on the PC really enhance the games. Like you don't get that Dayz social culture and all the Youtube videos that come of it and all the private servers with their craziness on consoles.

That said if the PS4 launches this year with GTA 5 as a launch title... I'm in as I cannot wait for the poorly optimized PC port.

yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is hands down my favorite show (followed closely by zero punctuation) and I'm so happy its back.

I won't be retiring my ps3 anytime soon with my backlog of games. Best moment was playing Uncharted 2. Worst moment was Sony taking away backward compatibility of the slim ps3 to sell overpriced "ps2 classics" on PSN. What are the odds that they will do the same with the PS4 and we will see "ps3 classics" on PSN?

One of my best memories with PS3 is when a friend of mine brought his fat PS3 to the school trip in 11th grade. Everyone was like "nerd, can't you stay a few days without your videogames?", but then the night we all snuck in his room to play some Tekken till 3 in the morning. Great times.

Best ps3 memory was getting it for free. My close friend bought it for his girl but she didn't want it so he gave it to me and 30 min later i bought MGS4. That was a hell of a day.
