I'm still deciding the matter but so far:

Nintendo does not stand a chance with me.
I like my jrpgs and I expect Playstation to get more of those kind of games since the japanese don't seem to give a crap about Microsoft consoles. I do want Uncharted 4 as well.
For those reasons, I'm still leaning towards the Playstation but Microsoft did show more interesting titles compared to Sony this E3.

I've known about the game for a while but I've never played it. Seems a bit like Monkey Island undead-style?

Just like how I couldn't get into the Torment: Planescape classic, I'm guessing it will be the same here; the theme of undead and all that is not very appealing to me.

Would probably just end up buying on the PC if I truly wanted to play it though...

Trash? Indie games just slap on some old school pixellated graphic and the thing will win awards left and right. The simpler and harder it is the more people go ape shit crazy about it.

I'm somewhat biased towards Sony so unfortunately for me I'm gonna have to say the victor of this E3 was Microsoft. They're pretty close to each other but Sony did not deliver very much.

My opinions:

- Splatoon looks fun but it doesn't feel like a full/full price game. More like a multiplayer aspect of a full game, like Uncharted's online.
- As usual, Nintendo produces yet another bunch of Mario & co games. The characters are getting stale after 20 years but apparently I am the only one that think this.
- Nintendo yet again is the only company that can get away with having absolutely no story in 2014. (since the gamepelzy is gudds!!11)
- Nintendo fans get what they want I guess, Mario, Kirby, Yoshi, Zelda so have fun with that next year I guess. And in 2050 as well since it's clear neither Nintendo nor its fan will ever get tired of these characters.
- Xenoblade; typical cheesy anime cutscenes but no gameplay so it didn't say very much. Graphics looked kinda... meh?
- Oh and of course, can't forget about the Pokemon games. I played X/Y recently and to my disappointment the games just stay too similar to what they friggin' produced like what, in 1999 or something?

Conclusion: I am not impressed but its clear the fans of Nintendo's typical set of characters are ecstatic about it.
