Well, the reason why I chose videogames instead is because:

Videogames can be played for over 50 hours and can be repeated with the same fun and enjoyment.Movies last only 2 hours or less, and usually can't be fully enjoyed more than one time.

Videogames can be really engrossing, and you are also can be in charge of how the story goes. Movies engrosses you too.

A videogame's story can be incredibly long and engrossing. Movies last for two hours.

Videogames lets you dynamically choose the action sequence, but there are always limits. Movies' action sequence is unlimited in variety, but it stays that way.

Modern videogames' graphics are almost photorealistic, so their looks are now comparable to movies'.

I don't mind watching a good movies, but again the can usually only consume two hours each week

I make sure I buy really good games, since I really don't like wasting loads of money over games I'm not sure good......

The first game I bought was War Craft 3 and I loved it.But the second,The Legacy of Kain:defiance and the third, Shade:Wrath of Angels, really wasted my time and money.

So when I finally found out about GS' and IGN's reviews, I kept using these to better assure I'm not wasting my time and get the best gaming experience as I did with BioShock, The Elder Scrolls 4:Oblivion, Crysis and Call of Duty 4 in some internet cafe, all ratings were 9.

Here's my personal and effective procedure for choosing games:

First, look at rating in Gamespot, IGN etc. Has to be atleast 8/10(make sure Genre suits you)

Second, read Gamespot's, IGN's, Game Revolution's useful reviews.

Third, look at average in Gamerankings, has to be atleast 79%(found out that most 80% games are read as 79% when using Gamerankings search engine). Look at average of player reviews at GS, has to be atleast 8/10.

Fourth, add to wishlist and prepare money

Fifth, BUY WITH NO REGRET AND HAVE FUN!!!

Thanks again wkzip, I'll let you know when I found an HD4670. But couldn't help asking:

So, with the Palit GeForce 9500 GT Super+1gb and my cpu in what setting and resolution I'll need to turn Mass Effect,Crysis,Devil May Cry 4 and Warhead to?(try to enter answer for each)

Optional question:What about the other games?

Anyone is welcome to offer help, I'll greatly appreciate it.

Wow thanks wklzip, I'll look into that HD4670 and HD4850 as well as see if its available here in the Philippines(gaming economy is really low here), but I could'nt help asking, how smoothly or in what setting some or all of the other latest games like:

Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Gears of War,Crysis, Crysis Warhead, BioShock, Devil May Cry 4 and other 2007 or later releases, and even others not released yet, like Call of Duty:World at War and Prince of Persia 2008.

can run smoothly with my Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2GHz 1.98 GHz combined to a Palit GeForce 9500 GT Super+1gb, along with 2Gb ram. You think there may be a bottleneck among them?

Hopefully anyone out there with a similar GPU and/or CPU will answer this question accurately, but for anyone else, feel free to offer your opinions....

Anyway if my old and current MSI Geforce 7300 GT 256 mb could play Crysis smoothly on low settings, texture and water quality in high, resolution 1024 x 768, will that be a good sign that I could run some of the games i've listed above smoothly atleast at low settings, but this time with a Palit GeForce 9500 GT Super+1gb?

Anyone is welcome to offer help, I'll greatly appreciate it.
