well he needs a slap he's obviously on a good salary so can afford a good connection. I know many people who live out in the sticks with unreliable connection. He's either ignoring the fact that not every one has great internet making a internet based console obsolete or he's just and idiot.
They needed to do this during MGS3 not now, they have all ready shown big boss as a main character with David Hayter it will just be odd playing with a different voice. The only thing I can think of is that they are all playing games and Solid Snake is actually part of the game.
@Sardinar I think you missed my point, you seem to be talking about gaming communities reaction to the 1st AC and where as I'm talking about it's current standing.
Where are they getting their info from? if they looked at gaming communities on the web such as here they would realise we would much rather have an epic game with 2/3 year dev time than a generic un-innovative cash cow ever year.

I can't see it being able to run on current gen like that, they will have to downscale in some way. And to me it doesn't make sense to go current gen, if the developers are going on about photorealism and making it as real as possible wouldn't it make sense to go with the better hardware.
@visionedorange @LeviHarris MGS without David Hayter is not MGS.... unless a young Solid Snake is involved, that would be the only valid reason to have an alternative voice actor.
@FlameEmperor @Sheik2 Depending on the context I call him snake or big boss. Normally if he is the main character he is snake. As the main character of MGS is always a snake.
