"Outer Wilds is an exploration game about curiosity, roasting marshmallows, and unraveling the mysteries of the cosmos. Explore an alien world of campfire tunes and celestial wonders that evolve over time. Investigate tales of quantum phenomena and launch probes into the depths of space. The answers are there for those who seek them. Fasten your hiking boots, check your oxygen levels, and venture into the unknown."

This is a very cool and unique indie game. It recently won grand prize at the 2015 Independent Games Festival. An alpha build is available for free on the site here, which I played a bit of tonight. outerwilds.com/downloads/

I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for something fresh and unique to play. I can definitely see myself revisiting this alpha build numerous times, wondering what else I'll be able to discover. It's very family friendly as well!

My mom's friend is looking for a tablet for $200 or cheaper. What are the best tablets in that price range? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Divine Divinity.  Check out Good Old Games.  You'll get ideas there with reviews.

I've been enjoying Rift lately. Also, Age of Wushu is pretty unique and a break from the norm.

Picked up Divine Divinity for $2.99 so far. Seems like the older I get the more I have a desire to play the 'good ol' games'.

I recently did a fresh install of Windows XP on an older system that had Linux on it. Before I formatted the drive and installed Windows I backed up som .doc and .jpeg files to a thumb drive. After I get Windows installed and all the drivers updated I tried to tranfer the files I backed up on the thumb drive to Windows, but they would not show up. It shows the folder I created, but it states the folder is empty. I did some troubleshooting research on this issue and discovered that Linux based files are not readable on Windows. Is there any way to get these files to show up?

Thanks in advance for any advice. :)
