I completely agree and I usually only read the reviews if I see a surprising score like this one and don't base my buying off either rating or score. But purposefully bashing a game and including statements about saying you can't do stuff in a game when you clearly can is just inexcusable. This guy should be fired and banned from this industry for life for this kind of blasphemy.
Plus it didn't have false facts like the hell in a cell debacle...I'm sorry but I'd be more surprised if they took that out than anything else considering it has been a staple of these games since the original Playstation. I think if any game needs a re-review from a different perspective, it's this one.

This review is complete bullshit and shouldn't be trusted. This guy himself even said that he hasn't watched wrestling in decades and hasn't played a wrestling game before this one where he had to use more than 3 buttons. This is a perfect example of why you don't let retards or ignorant people review games. I'm sure if the same guy hadn't played Madden since Sega Genesis or watched football since the '80s and reviewed the new Madden game, he would have reviewed it the same way he did this game. This is pathetic and if you are on the fence about buying this game or this review has turned you off this game, please get the game and try it for yourself and see if you like it. Don't let some inexperienced nincompoop tell you something sucks when people who play the game and will continue to play the game for years to come not just once to review it and every other media outlet praises this game for what it is...a masterpiece.
