@LE5LO @solidus2_1 @xanderman21 You're acting the exact way, just on the opposite end of the spectrum. Solidus2_1 also made a good point by specifically saying that the Metal Gear series is KNOWN for that, and yes, a lot of people enjoy it. If I don't have the spare time, then I'll play a quicker game. However, if I have the weekend off with no plans, playing a game with loads of story and connectivity with the characters is just as rewarding; the game play acts as a catalysis to the story, so it feels important.

Smells like an Assassin's Creed clone. Ubisoft has been trying to copy that formula into all of their games it seems. Hopefully they'll do something creative with this instead.

@Darnasian Hollywood execs want known film writers, not video game writers. I agree with you, but the only thing sacred about movies now is the profit they can turn.

It all comes down to one flaw in their greedy logic: they see a game as a service rather than a product. When that stops, this decline in the game market will also stop.

@samantha_sneez Yes! When I think of Batman in terms of music, I think of the theme from the Animated Series and the first level of the NES game. It's called Streets of Desolation if you want to take a trip down memory lane =P

I freakin love the in-world battle events they've created. It gives cooperation a much more connected feel when everyone can just hop in to help, instead of grouping up together in order to get credit. Feels more impromptu.

@Bumblebee1138 "I meant there's very little information to tell anything about this game yet Whether it's gonna be great or suck."

Which is exactly why I specifically said that I'm NOT judging it yet, I'm just not fond of this direction so far...I'm done repeating myself to you lol

@samantha_sneez Thanks! That game was great, and the soundtrack was killer. And I agree, as long as they created a game with massive scale and the option to live both lives - all in the same vein as their great pair of games they've already made - then they would have a perfect chance to try something different like this.

@Bumblebee1138 Re-read my other comment and you'll see why I think a prequel should wait...you seem to be unable to grasp this: I'm not judging the game! I didn't say it as going to be good or suck, I said that this kind of a turn should have waited. Also, like I ALREADY SAID, it doesn't matter when I read the article (be it two minutes ago, an hour ago, or sometime in the future) this information is still the same, and I still think this change could have waited to fully develop what they've created already.
