@samantha_sneez Sounds awesome! That would have been a perfect step up from AC; I think everyone would be much warmer to this current idea (not that anyone here is being hostile) had they finished off with something like your idea.
@Bumblebee1138 ...ok? Doesn't matter when I read it, the information is the same, and it's not a good start in my opinion. I did say, however, that Rocksteady deserves our trust (and the right to be creative) but I think they should fully tap into what they've done thus far.
I'd rather have a nice trilogy of games first...two games doesn't justify a prequel. Rocksteady obviously deserves our trust, but I don't like how it sounds so far.
I love how the front page asks the question "Do you remember memorable video game music?" A little redundant lol.
I love Streets of Desolation from the NES Batman game based on the '89 movie. Also Korkiri Forest from Ocarina of Time. And who could forget Jeremy Sole's Morrowind soundtrack? I'm sure I could think of more, but I'm scared I'll never get off Nostalgia Road if I start...
Am I the only one who HATES motion comics? It's such a stale experience, very lifeless...If I'm in the mood to read a comic or graphic novel, then I can read one of my favorites, or pick up one of the many quality stories that are out there now!
I really don't like buying things that I can't have a tangible copy of. A digital-only gaming economy would cut out 99% of my game-buying. I think another Video Game crash is long overdue. Digital-only reeks of DRM.
I can see why they want to support both game styles, but when every mistake can be fixed by running-and-gunning, your actions have less effect. Being good at a difficult stealth game feels rewarding; being good at an easy stealth game kinda makes me feel like an asshole. Spy vs. Mercs was a good decision though.
This actually looks pretty fun. I'll admit, in most MP games, even objective based, I like to go off on my own. This looks like they're really addressing this play style more so than in AvP, which will be a fun challenge for me personally. Very excited!
