Lets start with the obvious 1) Star Citizen looks way better 2) Star Citizen is open-world and you can travel almost anywhere you want and you can do trade and mine and do many other things while EVE Valkyrie only has linear battles 3) Star Citizen has a Single player Campaign with a story and characters while EVE Valkyrie is MMO which means only multiplayer skirmishes in space.....Star Citizen is a superior game all around
Do not trust any reviews with a huge score. Look at the steam community forum page and you'll see that over 3000 people can't even launch the game they paid for and asking for a refund. Also in the game enemy moves are too predictable. Maps are terrible too, its just a lot of tight corridors. Your character moves like a snail, it takes two hours for your character to response to a pressed button and is almost unplayable with a keyboard and a mouse. DO NOT BUY THE PC VERSION IT IS CRAP UNLESS IF YOU WANT TO BELIEVE THE PAID GAMESPOT REVIEW WHICH GIVES A 9.0 TO THIS PIECE OF SHIT AMATEUR SOFTWARE.....
As for the graphics UGHHHHHHHHH reminds me some old games from 2002 they are still very consolish even in the highest settings
