Basically you get some free games for the month. They can include minis, ps1 games, PS3 games, PSN games. You also get some themes and avatars for free. Sometimes you can get DLC free also. You also get Qore free every month. You also do get early access to demos and sometimes beta testing. You also get discounts on some DLC, games, avatars, bundles, themes, and sometimes apps. Besides the store items you also get automatic downloads of updates for games you have played, which is nice. Automatic trophy sync and automatic uploading of saves that you assigned to the PSN save cloud. It will also automatical download updates for you, but will wait to install it (until you say so). I have enjoyed the automatic updating of games the most with mine. It might not be for everyone, but I enjoy my Playstation Plus subscription.
elder scrolls iv: oblivion is a great rpg and the game of the year edition is $19.99. however if you do get it, just be careful if you choose to become a vampire because there is a glitch on the vampire cure quest that prevents you from finishing the quest and getting the cure and there is no way around the glitch

I was able to get around it. It involve renting the non game of the year edition to do, but was able to finish the quest. I also had to strip down to having nothing on me.
My goal is always to just beat the game, if I am close then maybe try and plantinum the game. I don't generally play multiplayer so those trophies I usually ignore.
