How much money was spent on marketing/advertising for Arkham City? Was even a 1/3 of that necessary?

I'm offended that this guy was offended. I'm offended by his ignorance. I am however grateful that he only asked for his own money back, that he is not suing Steam or Irrational, and that a Christian Group is not lobbying to have the game altered akin to the ending of Mass Effect 3. Games are Art.
