I've given it some thought, and I think I need to settle with a 32". I can't spend all my money on a nice 42". My comp. is about dead, or rather, I am about to give my Emachines a good Falcon Punch here in a little while, so I need to think about upgrading soon. I NEED a comp. more than a TV, thats for sure. Yeah I thought about it. I went to Best Buy and Walmart this weekend. The T.v.s at Wallmart looked TERRIBLE compared with the ones at Best Buy. Especially the Vizio. I didn't even see any Vizio's at Best Buy honestly. Sony and Samsung are both great Brands, and expensive ones, so I want one of them. The problem is I need to wait for my Economy Stimulus check, and maybe a Sale.

Then the issue on the Component Cables. Yes I want them. Infact I had my eye on some I saw at Wallmart. PHILIPS is what is was. Is that a good Brand? Does it work? I see the box and the Cables look HUGE. Plus its a Universal Cable. It has hookups for all Systems. I don't need that, but these cables were surprisingly cheaper than the Wii Exclusive Cables at Best Buy.

So, all brands are about equal in terms of Gaming?

And what about 480p, 720p, and 1080p (Ok, maybe I am A noob)

Which of these does the Wii run in? Does it matter?

HD Tubes? I thought LCD was HD?

Ok, I am willing to bet that this gets asked once every twenty minutes, but I haven't seen any, and I really want to know, so:

Which Tv Brand/ Size/ (Plasma or LCD) is best for Wii.

Now Im not a noob, I know that the Wii is not high def. I am getting a new T.v. Soon, I want to jump on the HD Band-Wagon. I decided I want a 32" or 37". Which size is best?

Then there is Brand. My Grandpa used to say: "You will always get what you paid for" So I don't mind buying the expensive brand. Which brand is preffered?

In terms of Plasma v. LCD, I was going to get an LCD, because it can double as A PC monitor, but I don't know which is best for gaming.

COMPONENT CABLES? WTF Is that? Do I need those to get the best out of and HDTV?

You forgot the fourth reason. In battle mode someone always picks Funky Stadium!!!!:evil: And I have actually seen some pretty lame Japanese people.:lol:
