They've just given you Infamous: Second Son, tired already?

Yup. Tired of it before I even finished it, frankly. Were it not for the lack of other games to play outside of indies on PS4, I probably would've shelved it until (if) I regained any care to play it. Seeing as there's a lack of games outside of indies on PS4 (for me), I pushed through and beat it with good karma. Even started a bad karma run on expert, but got too bored to continue.

Maybe I'll continue, maybe I won't. For now, though, I feel more than done with Second Son (by far my least favorite inFAMOUS game yet).

I understand how this works; new system comes out, games are slow to come out for it. We all know it. That doesn't make it any less painful, however.

Indies are a great thing; I have had quite a bit of fun with a number of them. That doesn't mean I want them as my primary gaming experience, something they've sort of had to be if I wanted any use out of my PS4 thus far.

You need to look at the list of games out, as well as coming out, for PS4, weigh your interest in what you see versus that of your finances, and determine if the PS4 is right for you.

Everyone here is speaking from their own unique situation, so their opinions shouldn't really sway you one way or the other. Some people here have said "yes, you should". Some have said "it's not worth owning more than one console" (LOL!). They're not in your position so their (our) opinion should be nearly worthless to you.

Me, I don't feel as though I can have the best possible gaming experience if I don't own every console, handheld and PC, so I buy them all. Maybe that's not true for you. Maybe you're in a position where you can buy the PS4 for only a couple of games and not worry about it. Again, your unique situation is what you have to consider.

Good luck. I'm sure you'll make the right decision for you.

I'm not tired of these types of games being released (the more games the better), but I am tired of the lack of true "AAA" boxed type games not being released.

I get that it's early in the cycle and this always happens, but this drought feels particularly long and, well, droughty. I would be happy if we got some remasters of last gen's classics to tide us over; Tomb Raider DE was incredible, and LoU is coming soon, but I would love some other remasters to fill these empty gaming gaps.

Eh, patience, I guess. The games will come.

Really looking forward to Minecraft on Vita.

Hope we get some info on it soon. The silence is rather annoying, I gotta say.

Even though I loved the first three Gears of War games, I never got around to playing Judgment; I just didn't feel like I needed to play it. Too soon after Gears 3, I guess, or maybe I just had my fill of Gears for the time being. My point is that I don't think Gears needs to innovate, but just be a damn good Gears of War game. A damn good Gears of War game that belongs, and is a worthy enough game to carry the name "Gears of War".

Too often I see that fans of a series want innovation, even drastic changes to the formula that made the game good in the first place. I never agree with that sentiment. If that's what someone wants --a new experience-- they should go play a different game. Gears needs to do what it does and do it well. No need to change anything too much, IMO. I'm certainly not saying never change it up a bit, tweak here or there as necessary, but change the core experience? No f'n way.

I, for one, am eagerly anticipating the unveiling of a new Gears of War. Seeing as the first three were gorgeous and bad ass, I have no doubt that the series debut on Xbox One will be awesome.

I really want this game to be great on Vita, but I'm worried about the controls. IMO, the Vita doesn't offer a solid solution to games that use the clickable sticks and L2/R2 buttons on a controller.

Sure, the touch screen can take decent place of two of them (not ideal but serviceable), but the rear touch pad is just horrible IMO. For me its placement and size means that I must hold the Vita awkwardly and uncomfortably in order to not accidentally tap the pad, something I still do on (not so rare) occasion.

Maybe it's just me, but I think the Vita was pretty poorly designed when it comes to replacing the clickable sticks and L2/R2. Too bad the Vita Slim didn't solve this problem. I would've upgraded to it in a heartbeat if they came up with a better control solution.

I really want to support Borderlands 2 on Vita because I think it's a great game, but also because I want more games like this (less indie, more "AAA type" games), so I will buy it, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried about how it will play.

One of the last generation's finest games; It belongs on PS4 in "remastered form" for sure.

Day one buy for me, no doubt.

I've been shaving my head for 17 years now (I'm 32), so I sure hope I do. Going bald would save me a lot of time and money.

Doubtful that I will, unfortunately, as no male in my family that I"m aware of has ever gone bald. I hope I'm the one to change that trend.

The more I play it the less I like it. Lots of things I don't like and feel that were made worse in this iteration of inFAMOUS, far too many for me to bother listing here.

As for a score, eh, I don't really score games but, if I did, I guess a 6.5/7 would be appropriate based on my thoughts about the game.

My least liked inFAMOUS game by far (big inFAMOUS 1/2 fan).

Titanfall did not influence my decision to buy an Xbox One at all.

I buy all consoles because they all offer something the others don't. The Xbox One is no exception. A damn fine system it is, IMO.
