I have been bashing the PS3 for a while now and have found myself in quite a dilema. I now want to buy a PS3 for Motorstorm, Blueray, and other games along the way, but I will go against what I have been saying about the PS3 and helping their sales get to what the 360 has achieved since now. For all you fanboys out there should I buy a PS3 and pretend like I never said anything or blow it off?
I think Sony is trying to be too cool with putting motion sensors in the controller. They are thinking they are the best in this industry and they think they can do whatever they want and still have people buying their product. What are we going to use the motion sensor other than flying games. O this is so cool that I can open a door halfway with the motion sensor. Sony is also stupid for getting rid of the rumble effect in the controller saying this is the future we don't need rumble effects in our games. The rumble effect was probably the greatest idea for the gaming experience ever. They should just keep the controller how it is and not follow Nintendo. This is Nintendos area of expertise and Nintendo focuses on certain things like making games that use the touch screen for the DS. Or always using the motion sensors for some of our favorite games. Nintendo is still doing good in this indusrty but now focus on the younger crowd. Microsoft was smart with not producing their motion sensor controller for the pc anymore because it just doesn't work for games that the older crowds want to play. If Sony copies Nintendo who copied Microsoft they are going to start making games that always use the motion sensor and that isn't something many gamers don't want to see. These gamers want these companies to stay the same and to produce the same games they are familiar with.
