@Frk095 True. I still think their a bunch of pricks but its still a good thing what they've done. At least now I can approach the XB1 with caution whereas it wasnt even up for consideration before
Wow, just wow! MS listened, Well done!. XB1 will be up for consideration now. The spycam is still an issue for me but if I'm not online then it might not be able to phone home. Would rather buy one $100 cheaper without the spynect though. I still think their a bunch of pricks though considering all they've said over the last month
@granola_goodnes @mwamba1 I suppose I get what you're saying. However, imo as it stands it simply can't be called a games console first even if it would take one policy to change that though.
I'd like to give Microsoft the benefit of the doubt and see what they may have up their sleeve to counter this backlash but with attitudes like this, even if they turned around and announced addressed my concerns, the arrogance displayed has put me off this device. Living in a submarine?? is this guy for real?? he could have just asked gamers to wait and see what value they'll provide and ended it there without the needs for insults and arrogance. Their basically telling gamers to get over it all over again
@shinysquirtle @mwamba1 A remote control that can monitor my heart rate and scan my reactions to commercials. A remote control I'll never use or want to use for GAMES, remember GAMES...the thing we supposedly buy the console for. And if my internet is down for more than 24 hours, I can do everything on my "console" except play GAMES? I really dont see how anyone can defend this console. I get it, you dont mind and I respect that but seriously, would you be able to look me in the eye and tell me straight up that what MS is doing isn't questionable? Its been confirmed 1hour to play games on a console that isnt yours and 24 hours on your own console. Think about that for a minute. Not about yourself and your dazzling internet connection. you are a minority. For every 100 rants, there always 1 or 2 that will go on about how great their internet is and how they've pre-ordered all consoles etc. I work for my money and sometimes I actually decide to forego XBL because its not in my budget, but its always a choice. I also travel with my xbox to friends who dont have internet. This console simply isnt for me (and apparently a lot of other people), its that simple. I do hope more people like you will support MS so they dont collapse because the competition with Sony is a good thing. I do however hope they make just enough to break even this generation, and I hope they come dead last, but I still hope they survive. You can definately count me out of USA-Box One with Spynect camera. No thanks
