@caffiend7 That and now more and more games are becoming one long training level. What I mean is you even get to the last levels of some games and it still comes up with a prompt saying what button you need to press to jump! Like you are some kind of moron that does not still remember crap after 10 hours of gameplay!

Annoying how hard now a days is a mode which actually should be entitled, "super cheap mode".... Challenge is gone and replaced by lazy design. I can only imagine devs now thinking to themselves, "We could make this game more challenging by making puzzles more complex or AI more intelligent but F it, I can not be bothered, lets just make it so if you get hit you take more damage instead. Oh..... And instead of having a health pack here there won't be any! *press a few buttons* OK guys days over, lets drink beer, raw!"

I also think the way people play and experience games has changed too. Back in the days games where played as score beating kind of games. Something you would turn around to your mates and say, "Oh I got to level so and so last night" or "I got this huge score!" But now video games with their deeper stories and cinematic gameplay are trying to be experienced like a movie. Games I think on one hand are easier because it is more about experiencing the game in full like watching the whole of a movie! It feels as if more games want you to finish them and see everything. Besides what movie do you sit only half way through and stop (other than it being a rubbish movie of course)?

@hitman047m4 Also it is kind of silly when people say those games are made only for kids. Just because something is cartoony in nature or colourful in anyway does not mean it is just for kids, it is for everyone! Some people say that if a game does not have a gun in it nor blood nor set in some middle eastern country then it is for kids! Also as if to say if people are not interested in war or killing in graphic ways then they are a kid. I did an animation degree and I can not tell you how it used to annoy me when replied after I told them about it, "Aaaaaw you most draw cute things". If Mario and Zelda a like is really made for kids and all adult games are just war torn BS then quite frankly I wanna say a kid!!

@swordstaker Dude it is just another company in the end of the day. Don't try to be loyal to any company because at the end of the day they are just after money like every other company. Does not matter if it is Nintendo or Microsoft. They see you as another number. Stop trying to make out like they owe you anything for standing by their side. Sure their are great people behind these close doors but a company is a company. It is just the way Nintendo play the game. It is their selling point! Every good company has a genius behind it. That is why good companies still stand but a company is a company! It is business not something personal!
