Sony would never ask anyone to leave your clan, they would just drop the banhammer (or give a suspension). I see it more of the case is somebody felt scared that sony would read it and would give them a suspension, and needed a reason to leave so they wouldnt be linked to it in anyway, thus giving a false story that they asked them to leave the clan. Sony doesnt have time to check the mail of people, the servers will only pick up on illegal modifcations being done when the ps3 logins and submits a report which wont include what you have been talking about to your mates. The only way you could get in trouble in the chatroom is if someone reported you and a person in the Grief department had to read it and evaluate the severity of the report. Sony only takes interest in their own product, Clans are not affilated with it in anyway so they have no juristiction in telling people what to do with them. So all in all i suggest you get better clan members that wont ditch you and lie to you.

yes, but only the normal edition, i learnt the hard way the hardened and prestige editions are pointless unless you have high tolerance and are a fanboy (unless theres a valuable thing or psn download)

im sure if Sony wanted to, they could find and block access. Isn't it apart of the T&C of downloading the beta that acess and use was limited to the authorised account? Since they already know who the codes got sent to, and who logs in.....but i could be wrong

Apparantly its actually none of those reasons, what i've heard is they are building new keys for the games to eliminate the current outbreak of Jailbroken PS3's out there and the threat they have with pirating games. With some of the games already, we've seen pushed back (GT5) or uploaded with 3.42 firmware update (Medal of Honor). However since these are games that are exclusive to Sony, more control and precautions can be taken out to get it out and working, since they are not pressured by 3rd party devs to get it out the same time as the other consoles. I've already heard of Shaun White Skateboarding having to recalled before release on the ps3 simply due to the wrong firmware being uploaded to the disc. With an amazing 12 months ahead with massive releases, Sony are taking every necessary step to make sure the consumer is not harmed or damaged, and that their property is safe again along with other developers. An added advantage of this of course is to run more tests with a later release date, but this day in age, they cant really afford to delay their game longer than they should.

about a 4. Game is really easy, and gets easier later in the game when you have the crossbow and grenade launcher, just the uhhhh well theres one section that you might have difficulty with but by then you'll be more than prepared. Only challenge i found was survivor with no vita chambers. The first few levels are incredibly hard without assistance of turrets( to beat big daddies that is), but again becomes so much easier with crossbow and grenade launcher for big daddies, and wrench melee with wrench tonics to defeat splicers, after which is a breeze.

i understand how some people will see it as disrepectful, especially those with close relations to the war, but i suppose for the general populus its nothing but a game and wont have any effect

SP was great though short, but MP for me was terrible. Horrible lag (IW doesnt do much for Aussies), spawning is bad (you spawn in the wide open and at times near a team mate in a bad position), some hit markers dont register (clear hit yet it doesnt do damage), pointless weapon challenges and killstreaks. That being said that there's so many of them, you'd pretty much have to have no life to complete them and killstreaks remove the element of team work out, for some blood shed. I would much rather see something like they had in had in WaW, with the addition of possible classes such as medic (signal flares, sunglasses, revive etc) instead of generic snipers and AR's.
