The problem is that whenever the Pistons have the best record they do bad in the playoffs. When we were the second seed we won the championship and then went to seven games. After that we get the first seed and end up dissappointed the

Pistons usually play better when they are underdogs and after this year I defintely think that they will be underdogs to come out of the east in the playoffs. I think the Bulls will have the best regular season or maybe the heat since Shaq wount spend the first 60 games of the regular season getting back in shape with that new show he is starting this summer. I think an Eastern Conference team can win it all next year, it just depends on who the opponent is and which team makesfrom the east. One thing I have noticed this year is that matchups are playing more of a role now. For example the Warriors matchup really well against Dallas, even though they cant beat anyone else. Same with Detroit, they matched up pretty well against the Bulls but I think the Bulls could have beaten the Cavs.

Well theyput that rule in because they dont want more players to join into a fight but its kind of likebeing declared guilty before youeven do anything.I mean he wouldnt have fought because the rest of the staff and some players held him back, itsa natural reaction to come to the help of your friends and teammates.

It doesn't matter. The point of the rule is to prevent the first punch from being thrown. It's kinda like the same reason bazookas are illegal to own; sure you haven't used it yet but they're illegal to prevent s*** from being blown up in the first place.

Well I get it when you put it that way but my whole point is that the series would have been more competitve and therefore more fun to watch with all players present. By the way I like the bazooka analogy :) not what I would have chosen but it gets the point across.

Yeah I know they dont come close but they arent that bad. Maybe I just feel this way because the Pistons couldnt play defense against them but Gibson was almost automatic for 3s and Gooden hit alot of big shots from the wings in the ECF. They do need a better PG though but there is no one else to get so I guess we wont be seeing any major moves from them this offseason, unless they trade a few players like Gibson and Varejao which I dont see them doing. By the way I thought Arenas was going to be a free agent next year not this year.

LeBron has Gibson, Z, and Gooden they are all pretty decent and Gibosn is a pretty sharp shooter I was impressed even though the expression on his face makes it look as if he thinks he is all that cause he helped LeBron get to the Finals.

That what I am wondering. I would understand if you said Horry cause of what he did to Steve Nash but why Bowen? Anyways like NGamer05 said there were the worst playoffs I have seen in a while. They need to stop suspending players that dont do anything and let the game be a little more physical again.

Well another season is over and its another Spurs championship, I gotta hand it to them they really took care of business. I wish Detroit had that mind set but oh well I like the Spurs too. Hopefully we wont have another meltdown in the playoffs next year. So what are your guy's final thoughts on this season and what are you looking forward with your team next season?

I really dont think the lakers could beat the Cavs because the Cavs have better role players for LeBron.

wow good job on that prediction! I mean wow have the cavs really been taking it to the spurs huh? Ya right

Im sad the spurs wont win it in San Antonio. My prediction is the NBA will try there best to get the Cavs to win tonight. I beat a ref makes a really bad game deciding call that puts the game in the cavs favor. The NBA loves LeBron and hates Tim Duncan, because Tim Duncan tries his best to stay out of the spotlight so the Spurs are one of the most hated teams and "everyone" love LeBron. Just watch for it tonight. The only way the Spurs will win tonight is if the game is a blow out. Or if the refs decide to make some bull crap calls and get Tim, Tony, Bruce, or Manu out of the game.

mmielnik

How is the onlyway the Spurs are going to win if the refs make a crappy call to pull out one of their players?
