not even close to our friendly neighborhood spiderman. badly ported to PC, the combat system is a cheap rip off. dull city not colorful at all. spiderman movements feel artificial and not fluid.
I started to think that games are getting so alike and the most anticipated games of 2012 will turn into a big disappointment but frankly some games just amaze me not for the visual effects but for the gameplay, the plot and the well used engine.
in my opinion "Watch Dogs" is gonna be a unique title and i think it's the most promising game announced till now
-the visual effects seem good enough to be considered as a next gen game but not top notch. we can see how the weather clearly impacts the surroundings like the wind and the rain also the clothes aren't static like many games.
the characters models are good not sure though about the facial expressions, I guess L.A. Noire exceled at that part.
-the sound effects are awesome the explosions, the cars, the gunshots and everything seems perfect
-the gameplay is the most impressive. i think it will deliver more than one way to finish the objectives. the way the people interact together seems diverse and correct like the one helping the injured person in the car accident
the driving part is not that good . no physx were shown. it just don't seem so real.
I could say that this game captures the atmosphere of many games like GTA and Deus EX
I don't agree,, GOW is entirely different from POP
POP is all about stylish,fast-paced acrobatic movements
while GOW is about cinematic ,brutal and gory kills with the most astonshing approach to the greek myths and legendary creatures and nobody can deny the fact that GOW is a unique experience that the pc gamers are deprived of although,as I said before, GOW on PC with DX11 features ,PhysX and smooth yet powerful engine will take this game to a whole new level .....just imagine Kratos with tesselated textures and Physx applied on ......mind blowing experience, right?
Well,,just let us face the facts that Darksiders looks pretty much like GOD series ,but since GOD is exclusively produced for PS console, we , the pc Gamers, got nothing brutal and gory to play except that excellent GOD rip off , Darksiders
One thing that i hate about Sony is that GOD would've been so much better on PC's ..Come on guys ,with DX11 and a powerful smooth engine ,this game will look vivid and alive like never before. It will make Sony huge earnings cuz every single PC gamer will buy this game but it seems that Pc community is neglected though Pc got the abilities and the potential for some off the hook gaming ...........point is Darksiders II will satisfy our satiety for GOD .........
