Fallout 3 is going to get better reviews. I don't know if that helps any. It depends if you want to play by yourself or with other people. and if you like shooters.

Im sure its good and i cant wait to try it out. But i highly doubt the graphics are even half as amazing as crysis warhead.kozzy1234

Half as good as crysis warhead? I'm pretty sure they weren't shooting for realism like crysis. They wanted a certain art direction. I'm not complaining the way it looks.

I don't think it would be wasting your money if you bought it now. I personally wait until a game drops down to $40 then I buy it. Unless it's halo or gears. I'd buy those new. I think this game doesn't have to compete with fallout 3. It's just a different gaming experience.

my favorite is rpgs hands down. western rpgs mind you. I never could get into all that melodrama in JRPGs. but that's just me. I usually play whatever bioware throws out there. But I might take a chance with fable 2. It looks like they are really going to deliver.

I rarely buy brand new games unless I am certain they will be worth it. Used games can be returned in a week if you hate them. by any chance do you know how to use periods?

Nintendo won the generation but lost their loyal fanbase, what a great victory. Next generation seems pretty rough, because casual gamers don't care about brand loyalty they just care about occasional gaming fixes. But microsoft is still working for the future. Nintendo abandoning their loyal fans is going to bite them in the ass.

With the biggest developers going cross platform today; it is seeming increasingly likely platforms will not be competing with exclusives by next console generation. I believe next gen for the different platforms will mean who is getting the better version of the experience; rather than who has exclusive access.

Console companies will not be able to provide incentives against cross platform returns forever, especially as costs continue to increase with expectations.

So knowing this what comes to mind? Will System Wars actually resort to arguing over who has the better looking visuals in the exact same game? Then again that goes on right now...

Either way I see it being a huge mistake if Sony continues down the PS3 architecture path, ease of development is going to decide who have the most polished version; not peak performance when games are being built for lowest common denominators.

I agree. The ps3 is still suffering from it's crude archiatecture. sony shoul change their course next generation if they want to be on top again.

I use teamxbox they are the most accurate. IGN is good but they now only give tens if a game blows them out of the water on all fronts:graphics, sound, etc. with their tens it always is an actual average of their score. team xbox's scores are'nt.

the original fable-had too much fun killing guards to finish it

Oblivion-had too much fun exploring and also killing guards

a lot of the games I get, mostly rpg, I have to push myself to finish them jusy because I want to see the end.
