Is there any good rpgs, action adventures on pc with JRPG ish artstly?

Ex. Final Fantasy, Killer 7, FolkLore, Viewtiful Joe, No More Heroes

Something with a interesting,just different kind artstly from with normally on the market, or just particularly beautiful artstly.

I'm not talking about crysis level photo realistic graphics, I'm looking for colorful beautiful, fantasy ish or something that kind of weird and just pop out at you and command your attention.

PS3 - Heavy Rain - I don't dislike the PS3, it's that I like it the least. In lame term, I rather upgrade my PC then buy a PS3, there's just a lot more games I want on the PC then on the PS3.

I'm leaning toward the upgrade, I don't think I can run the games I want on my 7300LE ; But I want some jrpg's , they both have exclusive games I want on the way and multi-plats, the only genera I'll be missing is new online fighters on the PC. Do the PC get a good amount of jrpg or in the same art-style? Should I just get a Wii and XBOX360 or go all the way and get two monitors and one 8800gts 640mb?

PS3 = 7

XBOX360 = 8

WII = 7

Thats what Sony's Edge Tools is suppose to be teaching but most devs at this point are still using the old tried and tested method of GPU for graphics. It's gonna be a while before they start riding on Sonys CELL for everything bandwagon.

Isn't that going to strain the CPU(CELL),wasn't that the big advantage over 360 better artificial intelligence and physic, more smarter enemies on screen then 360.
