@jinzo9988 While I agree with you about the pokemon games, a overall problem is make people look at most Nintendo games as if they are that shallow. I don't mean all the people here, I'm talking about the average gamer who doesn't really follow ever tid-bit of news.
Nintendo has an image problem. The Wii did well because it was new and new things always get attention, the WiiU isn't getting that attention because its got a poor image and many look at it as a continuation of the Wii and its game play philosophy.
Lets not forget that Nintendo does sometimes miss the mark, while the N64 did well, it was only because of how it stood out during that tech generation.
This current gen/next gen doesn't have the WiiU standing as firmly or forcefully as other Nintendo systems have in the past.
This sadly, might be Nintendo's latest Virtual Boy
