I'd say that depends on what you consider good quality. It will probably take decent pictures of you and your friends, but be useless for anything more than that. With digital photography, it's all about the optical zoom and how big the lens is. It could be a step up from a cell phone camera, though.
Bottom line: It won't replace a digital camera...or not a GOOD one anyway.

Amazon shows it as being orderable here in the States. Click here!
Edited to add: It's the European English version but states that it is playable on US PSP's.

I thought I heard something about FF7 coming to PSP, but am not sure when. I know that according to this article , FF1 and II are coming out this summer. Hopefully, FF7 isn't far behind...I've never played it and can't find it ANYWHERE. Would love to play it on the PSP.

You can definitely wait a bit for higher memory sticks. You don't need much to just save a game. Internet stuff might get dodgy, but if you're not picky about that, you can wait.

Wow! Over two years...that's impressive I have to say! My PSP remains scratchless, I am very careful with her. My poor iPOD though...scratched from one side to the other. Those silver backs drive me crazy! (Changed it out for one of the little shuffles now that I have the PSP for video).
