So far i enjoy Rock Band the most. It looks stylisher and the playlist is better. More diversity and I'm not a big metal fan, which is almost a requirement for gh3. For the instruments, i think that's just a matter of getting used to, and RB has the superior instruments, and it looks like it stays like that. GH4 drums look rubbish, toy like. Ion drums ftw.
Not sure where the mists of the Internet guide me next. But mind strangling events cannot hold me here anymore. Why do you go to EB in the first place? I heard alot of flaming about EB, but since i am European I could not really judge for myself, until one day.. I was in the US and actually went into a few EB Stores, just to find how out those people really are trained to fool you. At least i was prepared, but i saw puny people who bought stuff infront of me in line... poor them. The clerk tried to talk all into special deals like buy 2 games for less, recommending only the worse titles. Even when those people were just 15 year old kids, who don't exactly burst with enough confidence and judgement of the situation that there is someone who just wants to lure more money out of their pocket. Maybe I'm not used to that as european but pushing people into crap just for a bit more money, I wouldn't buy there ever again. Whatever happend to decency, I can't think of any store that can exist here with such a reputation. You don't have to be smart to see the exploitation.
I have a slight similar problem with COD4 from steam. They fail to give me the english language version, even after i contacted the support who told me to "set language in steam probs to english" for 2 weeks now. While I did that in the first 2 minutes after I purchased and still they don't seem to understand anything. Now should I buy it again? Directly buy the UK import? Wait another week for it to ship, while my reason for Steam was just to have it right away? Disappointing to see how much the industry fails to sell you things, while privatly owned networks *caugh* torrents *caugh* flush the goodness in your house for free. Just imagin how good it _could_ be, but it doesn't seem like they are trying very hard to get their stuff to the people easy. Torrent ftw?

Most PvE people are in nightfall right now, PvP doesn't matter, its the same content for all of them. I think you end up with all 3 anyhow after a while ;) because you want more stuff! Nightfall is a good thing to start, and there is a cheap bundle with Eye of the North and Prophecies available. Faction is prolly shortest one, PvE isn't "that" great in this one, but Alliance Battles (PvP) and the Assassin class are a big plus.
I hope devs will start using OpenGL 3 instead of dx10 crap. Doesn't require Vista which is a MAJOR plus.BounceDK

It is not just about being an open source OS, or supporting free/open-source software, although I believe both of these things are healthy for the development community and computer users in general, but it is also about having alternatives. If there are multiple options vying for the market, then there is competition and this forces the companies to develop higher-quality, more innovative products. This is basic capitalism. Right now, the alternative operating systems are not getting a fair chance because Microsoft controls everything (or is trying to, anyway).
What's Microsoft controlling exactly in the unix community? Why would a _company_ give out their source for free?
