@MacDee23 - I mean just look at the Portal pictures above, they are small pictures so it hides the consoles fuzzy horrible looking graphics better...but even then the xbox graphics look terrible compared to the PC. I mean really poor, on top of that you get the lame fps too. Sorry, they are a "great deal better" in my eyes. Maybe you should take a trip to the opticians Like I said, I couldn't care less about any of it, I was just correcting your rather bizarre delusion that the Xbox is "close" to the PC graphically. It's very clearly not.

@MacDee23 - I'll try to keep this brief if I can. I don't really understand why you are talking about cost?? It doesn't seem relevant to my previous comment at all. I couldn't care less about the cost, so your price for performance argument means absolutely nothing to me whilst being completely and totally irrelevant to the comment I made. So um...I'm er..."sorry if that hurts you" but it's a fact. As for Gears of War 3, I don't know what your PC setup is but from looking at the videos on youtube it doesn't even begin to compare with something like Metro2033 on the PC 1080p, very high. Maybe you just like the art design or the the lighting, maybe fuzzy and blurry graphics is your cup of tea...I don't know. You are of course entitled to your opinion. One thing is for sure though, if it was on the PC it would look less fuzzy, blurry and generally a whole lot better. Not to mention being a whole lot smoother in terms of graphics and gameplay without that fairly regular 30FPS cap the consoles have. For me a fuzzy, blurry looking version of a game running at 30fps at best doesn't come even close to running games at over 60fps with crisp beautiful graphics. It's not even close.

@MacDee23 - Possibly one of the most delusional comments I've ever read on this site and that is really saying something. Firstly in any game on both the PC or Xbox, the Xbox version in comparison looks like a blurry, jagged edged, grainy mess. Crysis 2 was toned down graphically for the sequel and even then it still look immeasurably better on the PC. Personally I couldn't care less, but for you to suggest that the Xbox even comes remotely close to a PC on any cross platform game is spectacularly delusional.

The real difference with the PC version is the framerate. 150-300 FPS (with Vsync turned off as it caps FPS at 60) on my GTX580 compared to the 30FPS cap on the PS3 and Xbox. High FPS for me really improves the graphics of a game but more importantly a high FPS improves the gameplay also. So smooth and silky. You can't see what a major affect it has playing it in these still pictures. Gameplay always comes first by a wide margin of course but smooth beautiful graphics do help you to enjoy the feel of a game and a high FPS does enhance the gameplay imo.

You people need to educate yourselves, those of you looking forward to GOW3 over all the other fine games on offer need to have a serious think about whether it is worth prolonging your life. Despite my interest in Dead Space 2 and some others, clearly Deus Ex 3 is more important than all the other games combined. Those of you who do not recognise this, are wrong and most likely bad people.
