This list needs a Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III

Dunno about MGS6 tbh. I feel like the most likely scenario for a sixth MGS game would be a two-part episodic game that retells the events of Metal Gear (MGS6Ep1) and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake (MGS6Ep2)

I think these would be some less popular games that need sequels IMHO

The Last Remnant: I'm someone who often thinks that turn-based JRPGs are only good for entertainment if you're stuck playing the Engineer in TF2. The way TLR does its turn-based formula was actually enjoyable enough for me to sink in a crapload of hours into the game

Rise of Incarnates: Yes, it died off rather quickly after its July 2015 launch, though considering that even after its death, it's the closest thing to Gundam Versus on PC. I feel like a sequel to the game would be welcome if it were to abandon the original game's free to play model in favour of a low price point (no more expensive than $40), and to get more people to play the game, they could probably include a Tales character or two (preferably 2 to keep to the 2V2 thematic)

Brutal Doom: Okay, let's be real. I think we can all agree that we will eventually reach a point where Sgt_Mark_IV will abandon development of the Brutal Doom mod for GZDOOM. I think should that happen, it would be interesting to see an original game based on Brutal's fast-paced action and fatality-focused murdering.

Mutant Football League: Personally more of a hockey fan myself, though I do appreciate the idea of a game focused around unsportsmanlike conduct and senseless violence in an otherwise typical sports game.

Why not just delay the game so that it comes with ALL the DLC?

Something about Deep Rock Galactic looks a bit off. Woulda thought that the solid-color textures and high polygon counts don't mix well tbh.

For ****'s sake, just give the rights to Crytek or failing that, put the IP up for auction. At this point, even Bethesda would be a better owner for STALKER than GSC Game World. In fact, Bethesda would be the second worst owner for the STALKER IP, with GSC themselves being the absolute worst.

Personally hoping that the buyout goes through. Also have to wonder if Infinity War will end up rebooting the MCU through in-universe means. Should this be the case, perhaps a new timeline could involve the X-Men's introduction?

>Have everyone from the previous games

Yeah, because that totally worked out for Midway. I wonder how they're doing now?

Sarcasm aside, I think the best answer for the second question, I'd like to think that Doom Slayer would be the best possible guest character. (Heck, he could be 3 guests sharing one movelist with the Classic Marine, Doom Slayer and BJ Blazkowicz representing Bethesda)

Where's Doom Slayer on that list? I figured with Bethesda's recent switch support and apparent enthusiasm towards the system, they ought to have earned a roster slot.

On the topic of Half-Life 3, I think it's safe to say that the following is necessary in order to meet 10+ years of built up hype:

- Game is funded by the United States government

- Valve would have to hire a cadre of Swedish university graduate and Japanese scientists to make the core game

- Boss battles would have to be farmed out to PlatinumGames, Inc. Iunno, can't help but think that good boss design is more of a Japanese thing.

- Soundtrack celebrates gaming as a whole, with the soundtrack being an epic collaboration that puts Super Smash Bros Brawl's OST to shame with names like Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy), Go Shiina (Tales of Zestiria, God Eater), Michael McCann (Deus Ex, XCOM 1), Inon Zur (Crysis 1), Junichi Nakatsuru (SoulCalibur, Ace Combat ZERO), and Frank Klepacki (Command and Conquer) to name a few.

inb4 Valve sells Half-Life to Naughty Dog so that the former can pin the blame on the latter when it disappoints
