Looking at the lack of a PC version, I have to wonder if Square-Enix really did expect us to like a terrible port of the least desired FF game in the franchise.
Can't say i'm looking forward to the long-term consequences, especially when you consider that Tales of Zestiria helped us outgrow the "buy x so y can be on PC" mentality, with FFXV throwing all that away.
This just seems like a move to build up hype for Injustice 2 before a proper PC announcement. I think I'll skip MKX entirely and wait for reviews for Netherrealm's next game, because I'm genuinely concerned that it'll end up having the same terrible launch, complete with the game becoming abandonware 6 months after release
I would actually want to see this. Obviously, they can't call it The Witcher, but it would nonetheless be pretty cool to see what the 1920s would look like in the Witcher universe.
Personally, I'm hoping for more Hololens this year. The Minecraft demo looked like the start of something great, though I feel that it could be expanded upon with turn-based strategy, business sims, and even traditional gaming.
I think the one thing that would turn the tables in Microsoft's favour would... actually be pen and paper RPGs. That, and maybe Magic: The Gathering. Imagine seeing hologram duels straight out of a Yu-Gi-Oh episode.
Hoping Gundam Extreme VS Force shows up. Considering the lack of news since its North American and European announcement, I can only hope that PS4 and PC versions were being developed behind the sidelines.
