mine worked fine, I set up the connection and downloaded f-zero.  The only problem is that I assumed gamecube controllers would work with virtual console games, only to find that I now need to buy the classic controller

I found paper mario: ttyd to be the most enjoyable while playing through the first time, although overall I prefer super smash bros. melee just because of it's amazing replay value

after just finishing it a couple days ago, it is definetely my favorite ps2 game, and now that I think about it, I can't really think of any game that is better than it (maybe ocarina of time), because to me it is just the perfect single player game

the remake of resident evil on gc, the atmosphere of eternal darkness was pretty creepy, and doom 3 in the early portions only, because after a while it became too predicatble are pretty much the only games that I found scary, that being said I still need to play the silent hill games since it is nearly impossible to find them in any games stores near me

Revolution: New gameplay method, cheapest price, nes, snes, n64, gc, and rev all in one, and nintendo 1st party games

and the reason I'm not interested in the other 2 is because: 360 hasn't offered any great games, and ps3 has only 1 game I want at this point (re5)

[QUOTE="kittykatz5k"]

[QUOTE="IAmRodyle"] I dunno...AAA is hard to get with a handheld. High AA for sure.Big_Red_Button

And FPS done right on a handheld with online, virtually lagless play, a fully fleshed out metroid prime like singal player, bots, 25 maps, 7 gamemodes, 7 hunters, made by nintendo,  morph modes, and yet AAA is still only a question?

It's got all the bells and whistles I agree, but the quality of the online for DS is still yet to be tested for the FPS genre. Sure, in a racing game it's easy to do online, but FPS demands 10 times more out of online. I won't make any sure predictions, but I wouldn't be so gung ho if I were you.

another big question for me is the single player, all of the screens and gameplay seem to be focusing on multiplayer, and we've seen very little on the single player
