I just assumed GFWL shut down because I can't remember the last time GFWL Marketplace client used to download bought contents actually opened properly - it always gives an error message when signing in. It's amazing that MS can screw up a client that runs on their own OS

I couldn't agree more about scrapping the multiplayer - waste of time

Could this be good news for Tim Schafer, Dave Grossman, etc for acquiring the old Lucasarts adventure game IPs? Maybe we'll see sequels to Full Throttle of Grim Fandango... ahh who am I kidding, that's never going to happen

"...single player games, which are less popular than multiplayer." Is that true? Maybe they meant to say single player only games with no mp... not mp only games. Skyrim seemed to be a hit without mp.

@Jd234 Personally I have always thought PC's were better because they are not and never were meant just to play games. I like that I can remote connect to other computers which allows me to work from home, then write papers and presentations for school using office, work on music with Finale and powertab, then do the thousands of others things you can do with a PC and all the various software/apps, and after all that, fire up steam and play some games. Even laptops can play newer games these days. I could care less about controller support

Couldn't notice any real difference... which version is cheapest and will likely get updated more often?

Man it's like night and day. I usually don't notice huge differences from these GS videos, but the explosion at 1:25 was an absolute joke on 360 when compared to PC. The draw distance was another obvious thing lacking on consoles. The sound seemed better on PC too, but that could be from different setups I guess
