@aci808 Just to play devils advocate since I am buying a PS4 and not a Xbox1... Sony also said the ps3 was twice as fast as the 360 (don't quote me of that but I know it was something outrageous).... They always overhype their console... *cough* ps2...

I would have never thought Microsoft could be beaten by another company due to their financial status but they did this one to themselves... I have always been a huge Xbox fan and really liked Microsoft as a company but this was and still is the craziest shit a company has ever tried to sell me.

@Leivve @Prats1993 Because WiiU was and is a major flop. They should have just followed suit with Sega and became a third party dev.

@kente10 That's what I'm thinking. I could care less about watching tv on my xbox, I just want a great gaming system that doesn't have a bunch of strings attached.. I am going to miss my live account and my xbox controller tho :( Always hated the dual shock....

Up until now I have always favored Xbox (I own both I just never use my PS3). This is BS if this is true and MS won't get a dime from me. Microsoft- while you're so busy trying to figure out a way to combat piracy, you are loosing FAR more money pulling crap like this. This will make you lose the console war, that's for sure.

@wcwj26 No it didn't actually. If you did any type of research you would know it has had far less sales than xbox 360.. It even says that in this article "lackluster launch". I haven't looked up PS3 however. I have played Wii U and it's fun, but I would never pay for a gimmick that will soon be obsolete as soon as the next gen consoles come out. Third party devs WILL abandon Wii U when that happens. Guaranteed
