You are use to the skill level of console players and I don't mean to sound like an elitist but it is true the skill level of your average PC player is higher then that of a console player. This plus the addition of foreign controls makes it pretty crippling for you. You are just gonna have to practice and remember accuracy is defined by muscle memory and like every other muscle in the body it can be trained.

This should give you an idea of what I'm talking about and doesn't apply just to CS http://counterstrikesourcetactics.blogspot.com/2008/05/delights-muscle-memory.html

We live in a capitalist economy if EA does end up dominating it will be through superior games in all fronts and if they do achieve that then it will only drive more innovation from their competitiros to compete meaning better games as well. It is a win win although I'm not too crazy on the thought of EA being a living room brand like Coca-Cola.

Day one purchase. I love Titan Quest and Grim Dawn is probably going to be better. Awesome developer! Elann2008

Frames isn't the problem with me it has more to do with console controls. For the exception of games that are just superior on that platform, racing and fighting games, it just feels rigid whenever I'm controling a character especialy in shooters.

Oh man I remember this game. Always wanted to play it but never had the PC for it and then the servers went down. Heard it was a solid title maybe now I will finally give it a shot.

The game's disappointingly mediocre: It moved away from what made Crysis stand out - it swapped a jungle for a city, added in quicktime events and scripted parts (one point you are told to duck because of incoming sniper fire, yet you'll never die from it as it's scripted), they added the bog standard bloody screen, the city felt small (a more spacious city was made in a Crysis mod) and there was no prone or lean (trivial yes, but don't say they did that not because of controllers).

I don't think the swap from a jungle to a city is at fault. Using a city can have great potential in it's verticality unfortunately Crysis 2 didn't capitalize on that. It has more to do with the more linear gameplay and that has nothing to do with the setting.

I mean exploring a city using super jump to leap from one building to another to snipe and then fighting down an apartment complex to escape..kick ass. Like I said though the potential is their Crytek didn't move in on it.

I'm getting more excited over Grim Dawn then Diablo III. It just doesn't feel right maybe it is the nostalgia but I'm starting to doubt that, as I read and see more previews my enthusiasm gets less and less and now it is non-existent.

I never had a problem with Deus Ex, in fact quite the opposite. I found it to be an engaging game that had a really well thought out story. Granted yes, at times the controls could be a tad clunky. In my opinion Deus Ex was a great game.....Deus Ex II: Invisible War....not so much, what a waste of time that one was.Mogzsnet
Same boat as you although I never played the second one. The game does show it's age but it is fine and I enjoyed it and it harkens me back to the old single player games that arn't over in 6 hours.
