@sweeneystephen: Just to remind you, this is the rag that gave the 4th best selling video game of ALL TIME a 9 because of it's political views. This review reeks of the same.

I've played the game, and it's OK...I wouldn't glorify it as a great game or anything like that...but 4 typically an unplayable broken game. This isn't a 4...metacritic is backing me up on that as well.

I typically go here for news and IGN for reviews. This review being an example of why.

@yukushi: It's too hard to nickle and dime the player with a single player RPG.

And this is another example of why you can't trust the reviews here...this game is a 7, and I'll buy a 6...but I guess THQ didn't tip well enough on the reivew, or GS threw one of their greenpeace reviewers at it.

I'd recommend at least renting this, it's hard sell to get people to buy, it's not that good, but it's clearly not in the dredges of games never to be played.

Bah...another great idea Ubisofted. Oh well, I can wait for the clearance version of the game of the year edition.

@bobbo888: Irrelevant, they have the patent. Nintendo is going to eat this one.

Well s**t...that game just fell off the must buy list...I can wait for it to hit the garbage bin next summer now.

@Barighm: Destiny was objectively a better game. That's a bad comparison.

I don't get why they can't just admit they didn't take player feedback into consideration and that's why sales fell short. It was a bland game...the changes they showed off in the beta weren't well received. And when they ignored all that, and still released a 7/10 game, and got 7/10 sales, they're surprised.

Dunno, the industry is getting ugly these days. The mictro-transaction slogs, releasing unfinished games to be shored up by extra DLC, and wonton disregard of the audience.

Sales were exactly what the should of been...it was an Ok game, and it got Ok sales.
