Am I the only one reading this who thinks that most of the people who commented below are people who had no self control and let WoW take over their lives at some point and are now angry and take it out on gaming website articles? I mean, jesus guys, it's just a game. If you enjoy it, great. If not, then, too bad. I for one have been playing WoW off and on since TBC and love the changes that have been made to it with each expansion (except for maybe cata). I play WoW and enjoy it, but I don't let a video game control my life. It's not surprising that after so long the subscriber base has declined in numbers. It only makes sense. But it still has much more content than most MMO's to enjoy.
I still play WoW and enjoy it; but when Blizzard talks about future expansions to this game and adding more and more content, I can't help but get a little irritated at times. It's time to come out with your next MMO, blizzard. This one has had the best run of any MMO in existence. It's time to shelf it, leave it to a core player-base, and attract 'returning' or new players to a completely different and original MMO.
Let's also destroy all books, movies, tv shows, websites, magazines, etc... oh, and while we're at it, let's find a way to remove the imagination from every human being on this planet.
If they continue down this road, the next things to burn will be violent books, violent posters, violent pages of history books, etc. Next thing you know they'll be banning anything written in a minor key. But wait, let's not stop there. Why not check the genome of every breeding pair of mates; and if their offspring MIGHT have a mental illness in the future (by random recombination of genetic information), burn the baby as well. Next thing you know, we'll be banning the color red in all public places because it may 'trigger' someone who has blood-lust.
@Master_Vexov @Lach0121 @wwefan4ever @snova9308 @shadowhunter0 @Keivz_basic @Shmoe82 *sigh. If you remove one method, the difference made will be balanced by murderers' moving to other, possibly more lethal, methods which will subsequently become more and more common and we'll be back to square one.
@wwefan4ever @Lach0121 @snova9308 @shadowhunter0 @Keivz_basic @Master_Vexov @Shmoe82 Actually, automobile fatalities are number 96 as far as cause of death goes for 2012 while assault with guns isn't mentioned until number 107.
