I feel bad to say it but I have to agree. It did a great job in art direction and paying homage to Heavy Metal, but as far as the game went it was just average at best.

This was a game I really wanted to like too.

For me (don't laugh :D ), that's GTA 4 and God of War 3.

I'll have to say I don't share youropinion of God of War 3. I thought it was rather unimaginative, especially as it is too similar to god of war 2.

I wish Superman 64 had a special feature type commentry. It would be either an hour of "We are sorry we made this game, we are sorry we made this game, we are...." or "This game is so great because...."

Either would be an interesting thing to see....or not.

Bluegrass, Florida. You play as Harold Lipton, a 76 year old man who just busted himself out of a retirement home. New mechanics like slow reflex's allowing for more slow paced, tactical car chases. Calls from your children reminding you about updating your will. Insulin injections, similar to Far Cry 2's malaria system. Failure to check your blood sugar and keep up will result in cardiac arrest without warning. The climbing mechanic will have to be removed, along with your running ability. But the new character and game mechanics would make for an experience unlike any other.

Scorch. It takes me back to a simpler time when graphics and gameplay meant nothing as long as you had fun playing.
