anyone else feel like microsoft ruined e3 for them this year? i always look forward to e3 but was just so beat down over the 24 hour log in rubbish I couldnt even get excited for the games :(
Are microsoft actually saying anything about all this?
surely they need to put some comments out and change a few things ( 24 hour check in etc) before it gets even worse?! sony are literally taking the p### out of them!( youtube vid ps4 used game policy)
all the way through the conference they shut down microsoft to the point they were making jokes about the xbox one and not even the hardiest of xbox fanboys could dispute it.
I am gutted to be honest I wanted an xbox one at midnight launch with few games regardless of price but I cant buy it if i cant use it for gaming.( didnt help that the best looking game at microsoft show was mgsv which is a playstation staple, almost admitting they have nothing to offer themselves.)

I am away from home 4-5 days a week and currently take my 360 to play single player offline as there is no internet connection in work properties, I then spend time at home playing games online/multiplayer.
As it stands i will be blocked from playing games I OWN and PURCHASED LEGALLY even at FULL PRICE after 24 hours?!!?!
so 3-4 days a week i can not play £50 games on a £400 console........
they better either scrap this 24 hour check in or extend it to a minimum of once weekly to allow for weekends away etc
I am loyal to xbox or atleast have been until reading this but I am not spending £100 let alone £400 on console that turns to a brick after 24 hours! I'd literally rather they kept the red ring of death!
So P'd off its unreal!
on top of this they are making a hash of used games which I can live with as I buy most games full price but ....I would never of even tried HALO ce as I am not generally into sci-fi entertainment but someone said I could borrow the game so i tried it, loved it and have purchased everything Halo at full price since and spent hundreds of hours playing a bunch of games I never thought I would try.
all this means is myself and i'm sure most others will only purchase games they are sure they will enjoy and get value from.
actually impressive how microsoft seem to have blown what a couple of months ago seemed to be an easy win as far as the console war goes
If i buy a Xbox One and lets say cod ghosts, I have my own gamertag on my console but also other members of my family will be using the same xbox one with their own gamertags...i am not buying 4 xbox ones for one house and not buying 4 copies of each game just so i can have my own saves on games..........
i was 100% behind xbox even before they announced it but this is a big deal breaker. and i am not missing out on next gen so looks like sony may have just won. never thought i'd say that!
will wait until e3 for clarification on this but if not cleared up properly by then, sony get a pre-order.
am getting fed up of xbox always having some drama around consoles (always online etc..) just be clear and market your product properly!
