Isn't valuation typically done by a third party, with the onus being on the lending institution to verify?

I mean, if you or I go get a bank loan, does the bank just believe you, if you tell them you want to use your 2 million dollar house as collateral, without a third party, independent valuation?

In all seriousness, I've actually eaten the odd vegan meal, and if done right, I don't mind it. Samosas, pad thai with fried tofu instead of chicken, etc.

I couldn't do it for every meal, but once in a while I don't mind it.

I mean, that still counts. Beef and chicken eat vegetables, so by eating them, we are also eating vegetables.

I'm hesitant to call myself "physically fit" at the moment, as I haven't quite gotten myself back to where I want to be. At least my cardio and strength are good, just need to shed a few more lbs of fat.

Nothing other than a daily multi-vitamin, and I do have a protein shake before bed, using PVL whey isolate powder, with half of a frozen banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1% milk + ice.

It's not necessary, as I could eat some chicken breast with greens before bed instead, but I just find it convenient.

Yeah my mother in law loves durian flavored ice cream. Every time she eats it, the whole house smells like a garbage dump lol.

I've been really tempted by the steam deck or the ROG ally. I used to take my laptop on family trips, but it's so bulky and annoying to take on a plane.
