Buying a 27" Monitor, narrowed it down to these 2, which should I get? Not looking to spend much, any other suggestions for something in the same price range are welcome. Mainly going to be used for movies, games etc.

I once had a warning for posting a single smiley face in response to someones joke. I was told single character posts are disruptive and it was deleted. Also been suspended a few times for hinting at certain ways of obtaining software, but I guess that was justified:P

I was pretty much in the same situation about a month ago. I went with the 6970 and haven't had any issues with drivers or games. The only minor issue I have with the card is that it can get pretty hot in graphic intensive games causing the fan to ramp up, which can get a little noisy for my liking. I'm wishing now that I had bought a card with a non-reference cooler like gigabyte's windforce cooler or the msi twin frozr.

Did you change the input option in the settings on your actual monitor?

Thats because theres no layer beneath the transparent image. Just create a new layer below it in just plain white.

no point in getting that 210...your onboard video is better than that PoS

His mobo doesn't have onboard and doesn't matter since it's only temporary. I did the same thing when I RMA'd my 6970, just bought the cheapest card i could find.

Should be stable at what ever the stock voltage is, but if you've overclocked it then yes.

Nice build and wow, love the case design. Couldn't imagine a more effective air cooling setup, so clean and aesthetically pleasing as well.
