Connect AMD 6870HD per HDMI problem

Hello guys, I've got a problem!

I cannot connect my 6870HD pre HDMI with my Samsung SyncMaster SA550, it seems like the monitor doesn't recognize the connection.

May anyone help me? =)

I'm currently running DVI, works perfectly.

Win7 64 bit

Intel Core i7 2600

8GB DDR

AMD 6780 HD (updated driver)

Cool, HDMI doesn't work well with some monitors, mine certainly doesn't. Not sure why, it's the same signal.

Did you change the input option in the settings on your actual monitor?

did you install the hdmi drivers?? you need to select custom and then anything HDMI from the checklist.
