@mr_fantastic54 I beg to differ. The US World Banks have been the financial spearhead of the U.S Military's conquests throughout the Middle East. I'm sure you know how many casualties have fell and how many countries left in ruins for the interests of these bourgeois one percent. I'm not defending Kim, but compared to the real bad guys: There's no comparison.
Did you guys watch the GDC? Mooney (The President of Zynga), even had the nerve to come up on stage after FarmVille wins the award for Best Social Game, and telling indie developers to "join us". Unfortunately, social games are in fact games (Quite close to MMO's), but they'll never turn into AAA core games. They will grow more sophisticated over time, and even gain more audience. But there is good news in all of this. These kinds of games are breathing life into neglected design areas, and they will push its boundaries. It won't be far until we see new types of strategy and simulation games. When it comes to Zynga: They're rip-offs. They basically took the ideas of other developers and designed them differently, and then they want you to PAY for a FREE game. I think that says it all about the company.
@gummy_joe: I disagree. The price will definitely increase when you purchase a PC. Building one on your own however, will no doubt save you a lot of money. My specs: - Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz - 4GB RAM - 500GB HD - GeForce 8600GTx2 (1024MB) - Intel Motherboard D975XBX (Bad Axe) - Case: Hercules Pro - LG DVD Rewriter 20x (Lightscribe) All which cost me exactly $1,200 (9 months ago). Why? Because it's custom built.
This is one of the worst hardware reviews I've read on GameSpot yet. Only four benchmarks? And it's like they deliberately chose games the HD 4780 X2 didn't do well in.
@bahaa_bg: I strongly suggest you refrain from using all-Caps while typing your message. And please do not use foul language. It's not like all people are not able to read Arabic. On-topic: Although never played Diablo I, and II: I can't wait to get my hands on III. People tell me I won't be able to "get the whole picture" if I haven't played its predecessors, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping otherwise.
In all my gaming life, the GTA Series have always satisfied my gaming thrills. This is a Series that truly belongs to GameSpot's Greatest Games of All Time. Every single one of Rockstar's games never disappointed. We thank you for providing us with these memorable games that have always provided countless hours of fun and entertainment. Two Thumbs up for Rockstar! :)
Half Life has always been one of the best FPS of all time. I loved everything about it. The story, the gameplay, the graphics. Innovative. It's a classic.
