Square didn't think any game but final fantasy would make them money, so they severely limited funding for every other non-FF project, leading to incomplete games like Xenogears and Saga Frontier. Personally, I will never forgive them for doing this. Final Fantasy games get remembered in name just by being in the series. These other games are masterpieces in their own right, especially the two I mentioned, even with the damage that was done to them. Imagine what they would have been like completed.

@Kezzy123: It's less "souls type" and more souls influenced. It bears a lot of resemblance to Ninja Gaiden (of course) given the initial controls it places you with with a healthy serving of Onimusha.

You should consider getting a PS4 for this game. It really stands on its own.
