@Rohan75 There are opinions and there are people that form opinions through expressing their own. The Bearded Man is one of them. Plus, he's also a... "journalist" of sorts.
Either way, when the opinion you express is influenced by policy (you advertise with us, you get a good review) it's not a really pure one, you get it?
People come here for some facts about the game, not for the Bearded Man's very, very.. extremely subjective opinion.

You have to be mentally challenged to give this game a 4.5 rating. Of course there's another reason one would do that.. I mean.. it's not a Blizzard game and Capcom didn't keep the cash flowing with adverts like they did.
I bought this game for it's co-op and I am not disappointed. Of course there are glitches here and there and a slight camera problem (especially when running) but this is not enough to take it under 5. It's not a 9 either.. nor an 8.. but a 6-7 seems suitable and fair. Too bad fair isn't in Gamespots`s dictionary anymore.
If I were to beg you BeardedMan (Kevin VanOrd), I'd beg you not to push me to other IGN-ish sites. Of course I won't do that (beg) because I have a bit of honor and dignity left unlike you! I've spent too many years on Gamespot to be pushed back.
Please delete this humiliating 'review' wannabe, for your sake.
PS: I'd rate this game 6.5 on singleplayer and 7.5 on co-op which results in a 7 overall.

This game is crap, but what does Borderlands have to do with it? Aside from Deep Silvers` Dead Island, Borderlands 1&2 is the only co-op game worth mentioning, and believe me, I've bought them all. Of course you could add Resident Evil 5, but that's crap on story & controls.
You don't like it, you don't buy it. No need to flame. At least someone is still making co-op, lan, drop-in/out games.. with no mandatory third party software installs.
This is my second comment in an hour on a video review. I should've use copy-paste, but I so love to say it! This review is as mindless as the voice says about this game. What?! Are these paid reviews? =) It's pathetic. It's laughable. You need to be fired friend.
This review basically goes like this: Talk to hear your own voice, cry about GoW, talk to hear your own voice, say mindless, talk to hear your own voice, cry about GoW again... repeat ad infinitum.
Did they let janitors to review games now? Oh, this economic crisis...
I would politely disagree with this review. They fixed a few things from the XBOX version and it's not as bad as this McShea guy says. You don't even have to be a Prototype franchise fan to rate this 8 or 8.5. It isn't a 9, but it definitely is an 8.
To many semi-biased looking, inconclusive review the last few months. I guess everyone has to make money to sustain their way of living, but no, not on your reader`s expense.
