If he wants EA to be the greatest company and be respected by gamers, he doesn't actually have to have EA titles back on Steam (although admittedly that would help a lot), but they should work on improving the abandoned, bug-infested Origin client, improve their customer support and invent some new, original IPs.
EA can't just roll in the money, they have to give something back and show that they actually care about their consumer base - which at the moment, they evidently don't.
@dbene @UKFX I know, evidently they are avoidable, but I'm recommended page upon page of silly game recordings with hyperactive kids screaming down the mic which seem to get millions of hits and tons of likes by little children.
The main issue though is that because Google suck and ruined Youtube, the browse section for Youtube is completely useless and I am still spammed with junk. Of course the annoying Yogcast or Twitch crap isn't in every category though.
I remember when you'd discover awesome videos on Youtube's awesome front page, now it's just stupid and tons of junk videos on there doesn't help the genuinely creative awesomeness. Youtube needs a spring clean lol.
Also, bots. Good lord, they really did make Youtube 1000x worse.
There have been studies that show (recently too) that violent games have no effect on peoples behaviour, so he evidently just came out with some random bullshit to get more attention. Of course being the Deputy, he's the little guy haha.
People with mental health issues or those who are easily influenced for whatever reason are susceptible, depending on what mental issue they may suffer of course, but anybody who knows the different between right and wrong, and a game at that, knows that we shouldn't be shooting people, stealing cars and blowing shit up.

@MigzBR @UKFX @halo-freak Not sure who your reply was directed at, but what I'm saying is that instead of just standard Gun vs Guns and Armour vs Armour etc, we now have a gun in the game that can shoot through walls via some magic air-burst thing, without actually aiming at the person.
Notice in the video the 2-3 shots a guy does on a building, which kills the soldier through the wall without blowing the wall through?
I don't care about being killed in shooters, even by GLs, but you can't take cover from anything if there is a gun that can almost one shot you without breaking down the cover, without having to be aimed directly on you but more or less aimed in the general direction. If people are going to defend that then they are either super fanboys or really naive to think that it isn't going to cause a wave of issues and complaints. An I wanted BF to remain BF-like, and whilst I know it isn't going to ever return to how BF1942 and BF2 were, but I don't want it eventually deteriorating into how COD did. More of a concern, but with that gun it seems like it's a crawl into that direction.
@quakke @UKFX I don't care about that to be honest, the government has a big list of files and interactions from your PC anyway, an other companies probably do the same but just don't have it written in their EULA.
The world is full of bullshitters and bad business. All I want is EA to actually give a shit about PC gamers, but obviously they don't.
Looks like if I get BF4, I'll have to quit and restart Origin about 25,000 times just to it to resume the download so I can actually play it. The same issue I had with BF3, Dead Space, Sims 3, etc. Practically every large download from Origin freezes... it says it is downloading, but it doesn't, thus requiring a restart.
