I'm mostly a completionist. To this day, Red Dead Redemption is still imo the best game to come out this gen. I like a game with varied mechanics that can feel different every time you play through. Nothing beats watching Marston tumble off of a horse going 30mph or seeing bandits shot off their steed to get dragged around by their stirrups. A game's gotta have its random, classic moments.

Borderlands 2. Hated the first one. Second one really hit the mark they missed.

Why was linear not a con for Max Payne 3? There was always only one path to take.

Sequence 7.3

Found out the hard way that you don't have to eliminate all of the guards on the ship w/ the 2 officers. The optional objectives are granted once the 2 ships are blown, not once the flag's up. Kill the 2 officers w/ ledge grabs (unarmed seems quieter but maybe it's just in my head) and the 2 nearest the kegs w/ the hidden blade (slow walk, tap the crap outta X and bail. Double assassinations seem to get you caught too quickly). The ship w/ the grenadier is a different story but I found it easy to kill the 3 lone guards from a ledge then hidden blade the couple at the bow. It's funny when you place the flag on the grenadier's ship. You'll be atop the other during the cutscene.

Who could they cast to play these characters? Where do you find beasts that look and sound like Marcus, Dom, Baird, and Cole? Sooo stupid

@bonander Agreed. Still a keeper but that perspective takes me away from my character. Even shooters are better as 3rd-person or Over-the-Shoulder imo
