Every single collectors addition and paid DLC has been an unwarranted money grab. Why are you singling any of them out? Did you only now realize they are a terrible waste of money?
People just do what everyone else does. Some guy posted a rude comment and then a bunch of idiots copied him. Its the same thing with Activision and Bobby Kotick. Hmm, lets use my post as a gauge of the intelligence of the site as a whole. If I get down-voted for making a valid argument in defense of Bobby Kotick, who has dealt with far more abuse infinitely more gracefully, then a can safely say the site is populated by a contingent of follow the leader morons.
Its pretty simple whats wrong with the games, they are repetitive, the story makes no sense but the developers think the players remember what happened in each previous game despite of that.
The most important game since Doom. It totally changed everything. Everyone I knew in high school was talking about it. Celebrities were talking about it. It was on the news. It made video games cool. Grand Theft Auto made the Playstation 2 the runaway winner of the console generation. 2001 was the most important year in the history of video games. GTA III, Halo, and Devil May Cry set the standard for all future games in their genres. Whats more amazing is they were not the best games of that year. Those titles were games that refined their gameplay to previously unseen levels of quality; Tony Hawk 3, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Gran Turismo 3.
hmmmm the dx10 might look better. Its really hard to say. There is almost no difference visible in quality in these screen shots. If I could see them in 1600x1200 there may be more visible differences. Also i don't know how the versions will look in motion.
