Reading these comments criticizing review scores is so weird.

I'm guessing the number score of reviews are for the people who haven't learned to read yet. Seems like there's a lot of that sort of people on this site.

@urstupd I wouldn't say it sucks exactly... The Good/The Bad at the bottom of the review perfectly sums up my thoughts on it.

I'm gonna go play FF7 again and put South Park repeats on in the background. That'll be much more fun than this.

@nl_skipper @WolfGrey Huh? That's a very stupid analogy.

@WolfGrey @thissonicboom @WolfGrey @thissonicboom Me too. I like South Park but this is a kindergarten rpg. Rather just watch South Park repeats. Guess the days are gone when people put thought and creativity into game design. Just put more button mashing, everybody loves button mashing.

I guess the idea was, "we don't need to develop an actual rpg, we can just coast off the South Park source material."

@StopFear The argument isn't that it's like the other games, the argument is that it's *precisely the same* as Arkham City. Same puzzles (this time without the riddles!), same gadgets, same bad guys (save one), even the same environments.

@advocacy Well they did make one change - they didn't bother with picture riddles...

@se007 So you're ok with companies releasing the same game over and over and calling it something new? Look, Arkham was praised 2 years ago, it's silly to praise it again and again. EVERYTHING is the same. Nothing has been advanced.

THEY EVEN TOOK OUT ONE OF THE BEST ASPECTS OF AC: Where are the picture riddles?? Could it be that the riddles require creativity and thought to make, but they were more interested in whipping out a cash grab with as little effort as possible? Hmm.

If you've ever complained about annual cash grabs like Assassin's Creed or COD, I have no idea why you wouldn't complain about this too. It deserved a 6 for sheer laziness.

@Deadlysyns87 New detective mode? Hold button! Hold button some more! Let Batman solve it and tell you where your next fetch quest is! Awesome. Love holding buttons.

@Vipercl4ss @Stag_Lee New gadgets, new types of puzzles, new side missions, an expansion on the combat system, things like that. Something where I can say "Oh cool!" like I did for the first two. But absolutely everything in the game (so far as I've played) is directly lifted from Arkham City. Carolyn gives a good example with the payphone missions being reskinned as bombs.
