EV and IV training isn't that exactly hard, but it does take time to understand.
Here's the gist of it.
Each Pokemon has the potential of obtaining 510 EVs, or Effort Values, and ONLY 510 EVs.
Each stat though can only obtain a max of 255 EVs.
Now, each Pokemon you defeat, you will obtain a certain amount of EVs, depending on that Pokemon. For example, you encounter and defeat a Gardevoir.
The Gardevoir will give you 3 EVs on the Special Attack stat.
And for every 4 EVs you earn, the stat value will raise by one.
Now, for example, you earn 4 EVs on the Special Attack stat. When you level up, the stat value will raise up by one. Meaning that if you're Pokemon was to get only +1 on Special Attack, that means instead, it will raise by +2. Catch my drift?

It's a hard concept, I know.
Try searching it up.
Sites like Serebii lists each Pokemon's given EVs when you defeat them. I'm sure they also have a guide to EV Training.

It definately was not the most stable Online experience in the first place.
And when you do connect to a match, it was a bit annoying for the 1 second delay on my attacks.

I think it's almost amazing how deep breeding eggs in Pokemon can be. Especially when you're trying to get a certain move to a Pokemon. But never mind that, what Pixel said. :)

Personally, I do not own a 3DS, but there are games around the corner that should be coming soon. Ocarina of Time is coming in June, if you can wait that long.
But yeah, play around with the DS library for now. Some great games out there like maybe Ghost Trick if you're into story?

The soundtrack CD came in a much wider box. I had to search high and low for Radiant Historia, let alone the one with the soundtrack CD.

Hotz definitely "got off easy." Though, I don't think this changes anything in terms for Sony's views. They came to a settlement that Hotz can no longer circumvent the PS3 in any shape or form and to remove keys that was posted in his website. Not really sure what the does since I'm sure the keys have already been distributed all over the internet. :/
