I generally hate rap music, don't like most of it at all. DMX was one the very few exceptions, he had a metal vibe going in his rap that appealed to me. Damned shame. May Odin grant you a seat in Valhalla.

@Smosh150: In the original game lore, fossil fuels have been pretty much completely replaced with an alcohol based liquid fuel made from a genetically modified strain of wheat called CHOOH2. So, no pressure to switch to electric, they have this great, renewable source of energy that also allows the mega corps that make it to control supply and prices.

This is starting to look more and more like a Duke Nukem situation. Which disappoints me, I was initially very excited to see a new Vampire game in the works. Now, not so much.

The art is not the artist. Woody Allen, like him or not, criminal or not, has created many critically acclaimed films in his long career, and has been an influence on movie making that will last forever. Even though I personally do not like his work, the fact is that he is good at what he does. His personal issues, however repugnant, can not erase that legacy of work. HBO is making the right call here, despite any allegations against him, his work should still be available to those who enjoy it.

Do these politicians not study any kind of history? Every single law like this that gets challenged in court gets shot down. There have been dozens of attempts to create much less extreme restrictions in the past, and every single one gets shot down on first amendment grounds. Even the current regulation is probably not constitutional, and only survives because it hasn't been challenged by someone with standing. What a waste of taxpayer time and money. Man is obviously not qualified to be a lawmaker at any level.

@ghostgate2001: As I understand it, all former presidents enjoy the privilege of being addressed as president, simply by virtue of having once held the office. Not defending the man, I consider him to be a cancer, but he'd not be the only one doing this. I know that every interview I've ever seen with a former president, they are still addressed as Mr. President and President (insert name here).

@mediastupid1: Guess you're entitled to your opinion, but the majority of those who have played the Witcher series disagrees with you intensely. They were some of the best RPG's released to date. To compare them to Zelda is to compare the Elite Dangerous to the original Asteroids, it's just not a feasible comparison.

I'm sorry, but one buggy release like this does not ruin their credibility with me, at least. Bethesda released every game in much worse condition than this one, and still managed to maintain goodwill with the general audience for a long time. Blizzard managed to keep goodwill for a long time despite Activision turning their production into garbage. Bioware only recently managed to kill off the last of their banked audience love with Andromeda and Anthem, even though the problems they were having were showing long before that.

I'm not happy with the state of Cyberpunk on release, but I have full confidence that CDPR will make repairs and the game will be just as good as the Witcher before all is said and done. This is one screw up set against their previous successes, and we should be putting it in that perspective.

That said, get it fixed, CDPR! Sooner the better.

Now that Disney has grown so far beyond the Mouse and Cinderella, they need to start looking beyond the "family friendly" reputation. That took them far, but they aren't that company any longer, they are THE major media producer of the 21st century, and trying to maintain a squeaky clean image does not go well with mass market entertainment for adults. Children are a limited market, after all. Time to get out of your awkward teens, Disney, you're all grown up now.

I'm a little unhappy with the game, but not the gameplay or story. It is, undoubtedly, buggy. I've had multiple crashes (Ps4 Pro) and numerous problems with the graphics and some oddities like two phone calls coming in at the same time and talking over each other. It's not as polished as I would wish it, but I also recognize that the game needs to be released at some point, and no developer can afford to hold a game back until it is perfect, not if they want to stay in business. I do wish there had been a bit more bug squashing prior to release, but the Witcher games had some issues when they first released as well, and those turned out to be some of the best RPG's ever made. I'm willing to be patient, while at the same time expressing a certain level of dissatisfaction with the current state of the game.

In short, while the game isn't where it should be, I have faith the CDPR will make the needed fixes given their general track record. They still have some goodwill in the bank where I am concerned.
