The only thing that sucks about this is the fact that it's coming out next year. All these great looking 3rd party games suddenly pop out of nowhere for wii, and like 95% of them won't see the light of day until at least the 1st quarter of 2009. Oh well, at least we'll get to have warioland shake this year.
Good stories aren't necessarily needed at all in good games, but of course they're always a welcomed addition. As for voice acting, I really don't think that nintendo should suddenly add full speech to all their characters just because most games are doing it these days. The main heroes not having full blown voices is pretty much a tradition to them, and even though their decision for that is unpopular, I do have respect for them in a sense that they're sticking to THEIR vision, and not succumbing to everyone else's. Alot of people have called them stubborn for that, but the way I see it, they're just staying true to their vision.
the only RE games I have never played yet was code veronica and the gameboy one. All in all, I'm looking forward to umbrella chronicles. The only thing bad here is the UC board; nothing but trolls and cynics right now. It's chaotic.
I'll hold judgement until I see WAY more information on this. I really don't give a crap about what capcom does as long as the finished product strikes gold in the end (if it does, than sweet). I guess I'm in the minority when I don't jump to conclusions after reading a piece of information about a 25% completed RE game.
